Appointment Policy: 
Due to the high volume of patients each day, our hospital operates by appointment only. To schedule a visit for your pet, please call ahead and speak with one of our receptionists. We kindly ask that you avoid walk-ins, as we typically cannot accommodate them.


Cancellation Policy:
We do not charge a fee for missed or cancelled appointments; however, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer the appointment slot to another client, as we receive many requests daily.


Emergency ("Squeeze-In") Appointments:
We handle emergency appointments on a case-by-case basis, depending on the day’s schedule. If you are scheduled for a “squeeze-in” appointment, please be prepared for a wait time of anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. Dr. Robinson is the sole veterinarian at our practice and strives to accommodate every client and patient as best as possible. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.


New Clients:
We’re excited to welcome new clients! Currently, our new client appointments are booking about 2 weeks to 1 month in advance, so please plan ahead to secure your spot.


Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection and that of others, we do ask that any animal entering our hospital is either on a leash or in a carrier.
