Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy:
Due to the high volume of clients seen on a daily basis, our hospital is by appointment only. If you are needing an appointment for one of your animals, please call the clinic ahead of time & speak to a receptionist, as we do not typically see walk-ins.
Cancellation Policy:
While we do not charge a fee for missed/cancelled appointments, we do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to fill the open appointment slot, as we do have multiple clients calling on a daily basis trying to be seen.
Emergency ("Squeeze-In") Appointments:
We do see emergency appointments on a case-by-case basis, depending on what our daily schedule allows. If you are scheduled for any type of "squeeze-in" appointment, please be prepared to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. While we understand the frustration of having a long wait-time, Dr. Robinson is the sole Veterinarian at our practice & tries to accommodate our clients/patients as best he can! Your patience & kindness is very much appreciated.
New Clients:
We are currently accepting new clients, but our availability for new client appointments is generally booked out anywhere from
2 weeks - 1 month. Please plan accordingly.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection and that of others, we do ask that any animal entering our hospital is either on a leash or in a carrier.
